Correctional Facility Signings

We offer notarization services for incarcerated individuals in Phoenix, AZ and its surrounding cities. Documents including directives, temporary child custody, power of attorney, and more. While the actual notarization process falls under general notary work, gaining admission to a jail can sometimes be a complex procedure. Our access to the facility is not classified as family visitation, and we strictly adhere to specific protocols.

In cases where permitted by the officer, we provide the inmate with a copy of the documents. We arrange to meet you either at the jail or a nearby facility to collect the required documents, inmate information, discuss final details, and handle payment. Subsequently, we proceed to the facility for the notarization process. The duration of this process varies depending on the length of the documents and any necessary clarifications. The inmate retains the right to decline signing a document at any point. If refusal occurs, only the notary stamp charges will be refunded.

If your document requires witnesses, please note that neither a family member nor jail staff are eligible to serve as witnesses. We can provide witnesses for an additional fee, which remains non-refundable regardless of whether the inmate sign or not. Contact us for pricing.
