minor travel consent

We offer travel consent letters for minors traveling outside their home state or country. Please be aware that these letters are standard templates created electronically, providing general information about the traveling children and their accompanying adults. You are responsible for ensuring all necessary information is included in your travel consent, as laws and regulations may vary. We do not offer legal advice or services. If you require guidance on the specific requirements for your travel consent, we recommend consulting with a lawyer to ensure accurate information. If minor children have different parents, separate travel consent forms are required. If both parents are not accompanying the minors, both parents must sign the document. If only one parent exists and the other is unknown, we can still notarize the document for you, however we are not responsible for any legal matter pertaining to the consent as we only verify that the person signing the document is who provided satisfactory evidence that they are the person who signed the document. If only one parent is traveling with the minors, only the authorizing parent needs to sign. We accept valid, unexpired US-issued IDs for parents or legal guardians signing the consent. Additionally, we accept the most recent version of the Matricula Consular with a barcode, chip, and signature, as long as it has not expired. All forms of identification must be originals.
